Analogue Gouda Cheese

Description

Gouda-type cheese from Lithuania, made with skimmed milk and added vegetable fat. Semi-soft and flexible texture, with a slightly acidic and mildly spicy flavor, including a subtle pasteurization aftertaste. The color varies from light yellow to yellow. Available in blocks with a smooth surface and slight mold marks. Contains 43% water, 26% fat, and 1.5% salt.
