Pasteurized and naturally matured cream with a smooth, creamy texture and uniform appearance. It has a yellowish-white color, without spots or impurities. It has a mild and characteristic flavor, ideal for culinary and industrial applications. Packaged in low-density polyethylene plastic bags, weighing 25 kg each, packed in corrugated cardboard boxes. Store between -12°C and -20°C. Shelf life of up to 12 months.
